Move beyond news and social media to encounter Israel through its places, people, history, and daily life.
Hear Israel’s story from the women living it through Momentum’s Mother2Mother experience.
Explore Jewish wisdom in a way that is warm, relevant, honest, and connected to your actual life.
Return with greater confidence to speak about Israel, live your Jewish values, and share them with your children.
Walk the streets of Israel. Meet its people. Let it become part of your own story
Many trips can take you to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Momentum creates something different.
The places you visit are connected to Jewish values, guided reflection, meaningful conversations, and questions that matter in your life. You will learn about Israel’s history and contemporary realities. You will also explore:
You are not only observing Israel from the outside. You are being invited to understand it, connect with it, and consider what it asks of you.
One of the most powerful parts of the Momentum Journey of Growth is that Israeli women do not simply appear for a presentation and leave.
THEY BECOME PART OF THE EXPERIENCE.
Israeli mothers travel, learn, reflect, and share alongside participants from around the world. You will hear about their families, their communities, their challenges, and their hopes. They will hear yours.
The conversations are personal, honest, and rooted in real life.
You may come from different countries and carry different experiences. But you will meet through something deeply shared: motherhood, Jewish identity, responsibility, and a connection to the future of the Jewish people.
WHEN YOU CONNECT WITH ISRAELI MOTHERS, ISRAEL BECOMES MORE THAN SOMEWHERE YOU VISIT. IT BECOMES A RELATIONSHIP.
Hear Israel’s story from the mothers living it. Share your story with them.
Momentum’s educators are known for making Jewish wisdom deeply meaningful, without making it distant or inaccessible.
They bring warmth, candor, humor, and emotional depth to conversations about identity, parenting, marriage, courage, faith, Israel, responsibility, gratitude, purpose, and the choices women make every day.
Our educators do not tell women what they should think. They create the conditions for women to think more deeply, ask better questions, and discover how Jewish values can shape the lives they are already living.
Throughout the journey, they will help connect what you experience in Israel with what you carry inside yourself and what awaits you at home.
You will not only learn Jewish ideas. You will consider how you want to live them.

Director of Experience and Engagement, Momentum · Host of the Rise & Shine podcast
Adrienne spent nearly two decades in front of the camera in Canadian television, hosting her own daily fashion and beauty show. After a trip to Israel, she turned away from style and toward substance, and has been teaching ever since.
This journey of personal growth has had an extraordinary impact on me. The whole program and tours were amazing. I came alone, with the desire to reconnect with myself, to take a step back and live this experience to the fullest. This journey has allowed me to understand myself better, to refocus and to leave with new energy, more confidence and a lot of gratitude.
I didn't think Momentum would have such an impact on me. This stay enriched me considerably. First of all in the exchanges with our new French “sisters”. Strong, sincere and caring. And this is especially true with our Israeli sisters whose vision of life has enriched me greatly. The relevance of their advice and their kindness overwhelmed me.
The experience reminded me that I need to lead and live with more courage and less self-doubt. It also renewed my desire to help my children and students understand that Israel and Zionism are not peripheral to Jewish life, but central to our identity and future. I returned feeling strengthened, inspired, and more committed to being a positive model for my family and my school community.
This journey strengthened my sense of purpose as an educator and reminded me of the importance of building meaningful connections between Israel and Jewish communities around the world. I am leaving with new ideas, practical tools, inspiring friendships, and a renewed commitment to creating educational experiences that foster dialogue, identity, and mutual understanding.
The experience has challenged me to reflect on my own life, especially after the loss of my daughter. I have found comfort in connecting with others who understand grief, hope, and perseverance. Rather than feeling like a visitor, I have felt part of a larger family connected by shared values and history.
As an educator, this journey has strengthened my commitment to teaching about the Holocaust, Jewish identity, and Israel with greater authenticity and compassion. I will return home with renewed purpose, meaningful relationships, and a desire to share what I have learned with my students and community. Israel has not only deepened my knowledge. It has helped me grow in resilience, faith, and hope.
I am deeply grateful for all I have learned on the trip, including the history of Israel, biblical philosophy which guides the Jewish people, and the deep connection Israelis have to both Jerusalem and the whole country. Traveling with our Israeli sisters was incredibly meaningful, hearing their firsthand experiences provided me with the words to be able to tell the truth about Israel and all of its wonder. I felt magic in nearly every experience and will remember all of the feelings for a very long time and these are memories I will always carry with me.
I'm going to work on being more grateful for being me as a Jewish woman in a not so Jewish area. I want to work on being proud and not hiding who I am. I also want to do more things at home with my family like keeping Shabbat and teaching them Jewish values as well. This gave me courage to speak to others about Israel even when it's uncomfortable. I want to bring my children back to Israel.
I have never felt such a strong sense of home as I did in Jerusalem, and I will never forget this. Where I kind of dodged questions and discussions about modern Israel before, I now feel a sense of kinship and obligation towards it and a commitment to its future.
Right now, Israel probably reaches you through headlines, group chats, and other people's opinions. You may feel strongly connected to being Jewish and still wish you understood more, or knew what to say when your kids ask you something you cannot answer.
Seven days in Israel changes what you have to draw on.
Instead of following from thousands of miles away, you will have walked the places you have only read about.
Instead of repeating what you have heard, you will have heard it directly from the Israelis living it.
Instead of hoping you have the right words for your children, you will have your own experience to speak from.
Not Israel as an abstract idea. Israel as a place, a people, a history, and a living part of your own Jewish story.
